LeadSifter reads state DOT lettings. If a project is in a WisDOT, Iowa DOT or MnDOT letting, we read it, whoever is paying for it.
What shows up
Federal-aid highway projects that the state DOT lets are in the state letting, with the same plans and schedule of items as any other proposal. Those are read in full and scored like everything else.
What doesn't
Work let directly by a federal agency or a tribal government doesn't go through the state letting, so LeadSifter doesn't see it. Neither do county and city lettings.
If you're not sure whether a job you care about would show up, reply to a sample report or ask on a demo call and we'll check.
