A 5 means the schedule of items names your product, in real quantity, by a DOT item number you've told us about. It's the lead somebody should call on today.
How the scale works
Every project is scored from 1 to 5 based on how much of your product it calls for and how directly the line item names it.
| Score | Label | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| 5 | Excellent | Your product, by DOT item number, in quantity |
| 4 | Good | A strong match with less volume or a less direct item |
| 3 | Moderate | A real line item, but small relative to the job, or a close cousin of what you sell |
1s and 2s don't get sent. They'd waste your morning.
Why every score comes with a reason
Each lead has a line that quotes the items and quantities LeadSifter found, straight from the schedule of items. That line is what your estimator reads first, and it's how you check a score in a few seconds. A 3 says it's a 3 and shows you why.
Scores are tuned per company. If yours look high or low, reply to the email and we'll adjust your profile.
